I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the staff was attentive and accommodating, especially at the pool bar, where I enjoyed my time. The dining at the poolside restaurant was quite good, and the facilities, especially the bar area, were welcoming. However, the rooms felt a bit outdated, and I was disappointed that some promised amenities were not fulfilled during my stay, which impacted my overall enjoyment.

I had a fantastic time at the Plaza Resort & Spa! The ambiance and overall experience were delightful, with attentive staff who truly went the extra mile. However, I did have a few hiccups during my stay, particularly with the housekeeping and some minor issues with room access. Overall, a great place with unique charm, but improvements in certain areas would elevate the experience even more.
